Each product page lists the available sizes. Western boots can fit differently than sneakers — if you're between sizes, we generally recommend going with your true size or a half size down. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you dial in the fit.

Yes — our boots are made from quality genuine leather, with select exotic styles crafted from materials like python and ostrich. Each product page lists the specific materials for that pair.
Wipe them clean with a soft cloth, condition the leather regularly, and avoid prolonged water exposure. Natural grain and slight color variation are part of the character of real leather — not defects.
U.S. shipping is a flat $7.95, and free on orders over $99. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivered in about 3–7 business days — so most orders arrive within 4–9 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
At this time we ship within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to order, email us and we'll let you know what's possible.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn boots in their original condition and box. For hygiene reasons, boots worn outdoors or showing sole wear may not be eligible unless they arrived damaged. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
